This Privacy Policy describes how Poker Athlete ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit pokerathlete.com or interact with our coaching, events, and related services. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your information honestly.

2. Information we collect
- Information you give us directly — name, email address, and anything you choose to send in messages, forms, or coaching intake.
- Quiz responses — if you take the Poker Archetype Quiz, your responses are stored only to provide your result and improve the quiz.
- Basic site usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the site healthy and secure. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your messages, schedule coaching, or invite you to events.
- To send infrequent updates if you opt in (course launches, event announcements). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our services, content, and the quality of the quiz.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the site against abuse.
4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only with service providers required to run the site (for example, email or form-hosting tools), and only to the extent necessary.
5. Cookies
The site uses minimal cookies, primarily for basic functionality. We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies. Your browser allows you to refuse cookies; refusing them will not break the site.

We keep information only as long as we have a legitimate reason to — for example, while you remain a coaching client, or while you are subscribed to event updates. You can request deletion at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take care to limit risk.
9. Children
Poker Athlete is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
